Getting started as a landowner is simple! First, register for an account by clicking the "Register" button and selecting "Landowner" as your account type. Once registered, complete your profile, create your company profile with details about your business, and start posting jobs. Our platform will automatically connect you with verified truckers in your area who match your job requirements.
To get started as a trucker, register for an account and select "Trucker" as your account type. Complete your profile with your experience, equipment details, and certifications. Choose a subscription plan that works for you (monthly or yearly), and once your account is verified, you can start browsing and applying for jobs immediately.
For basic registration, you'll need a valid email address, username, and password. Landowners will also need company information, while truckers will need to provide details about their equipment, licenses, and insurance. Additional verification documents may be required to activate certain features.
Pricing & Payments
For landowners, we charge 5% of the job value or a minimum of $259, whichever is higher. This fee is only charged when you successfully hire a trucker through our platform. There are no upfront costs or monthly fees for landowners.
Truckers can choose from two subscription plans: Monthly subscription at $99/month or Yearly subscription at $999/year (save $189 annually). Both plans give you unlimited access to browse and apply for jobs on our platform.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Landowners are charged only when they hire a trucker. Truckers are billed based on their selected subscription plan. Payment details are stored securely, and you'll receive email confirmations for all transactions.
Yes, truckers can cancel their subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of annual subscriptions.
Jobs & Applications
To post a job, log in to your landowner account and click "Post a Job" from the navigation menu. Fill in the job details including title, description, location, pay rate, and any specific requirements. Add photos if needed, and publish your job. Verified truckers will be notified and can apply immediately.
Browse available jobs by clicking "Browse Jobs" in the menu. Review job details, requirements, and pay rates. When you find a job that matches your skills and equipment, click "Apply Now" and submit your application with any required information. The landowner will review your application and respond accordingly.
Response times vary by landowner. Most landowners review applications within 24-48 hours. You'll receive email notifications when a landowner views your application or responds. You can also check your application status in your dashboard at any time.
Yes, landowners can edit or delete job postings at any time from their Job Dashboard. Click on "Manage Jobs" to view all your postings. You can edit details, update status, or remove jobs that have been filled or are no longer needed.
Verification & Safety
All truckers on our platform undergo a comprehensive verification process. This includes verifying their commercial driver's license (CDL), insurance coverage, equipment ownership or lease agreements, and background checks. Verified truckers receive a "Verified" badge on their profile.
After a job is completed, both landowners and truckers can rate each other and leave reviews. Ratings are on a 4-star scale. These ratings and reviews help build trust in our community and help users make informed decisions when choosing who to work with.
We encourage users to resolve disputes directly and professionally. If you're unable to resolve an issue, you can contact our support team through the Contact page. We'll review the situation and mediate when necessary to ensure fair outcomes for all parties.
