Contract between Max and Amy

Scope of Work:
The trucker will provide transportation services for land clearing and grading materials as specified by the landowner.

Payment Terms:
The landowner agrees to pay the trucker $50 per hour for transportation services. Payment will be made upon completion of the job.

Duration of Contract:
This contract will commence on November 1, 2024, and will continue until the completion of the work, estimated to be November 15, 2024.

Responsibilities:

The trucker must ensure that all transportation is done safely and complies with local regulations.
The landowner will provide all necessary information regarding loading and unloading locations.
