By submitting this contract, both the trucker and the landowner agree to the following terms:

The trucker will provide services as agreed in the contract terms.
Payment will be processed according to the specified terms.
Any changes to the contract must be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
The contract is legally binding once signed by both the trucker and the landowner.
<In case of disputes, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action.
